What is my service pledge?
I pledge to describe every item as accurately as possible, provide excellent customer service, pack all items carefully for shipping and ship promptly. I respond to all orders and inquiries within 24 hours with the exception of holidays and vacation.
How is feedback handled?
Positive feedback is important to me. I provide positive feedback upon buyer payment. In the event that payment is not received within 7 days, I'll send the buyer a reminder notice.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, but for oversight of a defect or gross misrepresentation of the item. However, I'd like to encourage open communication and hope you'll contact me about any problem you may experience. I'm more than willing to resolve issues with your satisfaction in mind.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
My goal is to ship within 24 hours of payment. I carefully pack items for shipping and ship via USPS media rate, first class or priority depending upon the nature and weight of the item.
When is payment due?
Payment is due no later than 7 days after purchase. If you choose to make payment by money order, please be sure to include the a written description of the item along with your payment.
